Hey Angel...I am going to prepare Chicken Thighs smothered in bar b que sauce, red/green peppers and red onions...Or maybe chicken kabobs...My veggie will be garlic spinach...No carb...Thus far along the way I have been just going with the flow and now that I have goals in place I am going to step it up and work the mess out of this "tool"...Wish me luck.

Dang - that chicken sounds gooder than a mug!!!!  LOL

Sounds like you are committed and have a good plan - watch the 'no carb' thing tho - you do need SOME carbs - just be smart in the ones you choose - try to do a good solid green leafy veggie everyday - that spinach you mentioned is a great one. 

Are you taking your vitamins everyday, young lady??????

MM I take my vitamins/supps faithfully...But I cannot get in more than 45 ounces of water...I really do not know what to do about that but have an idea...I found a great protein drink...Caribbean Cool Nectar...I am going to shoot for that twice per day with 20 ounces of water each drink and then get 20 in between...I am not sure how people do it with the WLS...prior I could do it without blinking...Water is the key and I am going to make an effort to get it in.

you gotta space it out all during the day - starting right when you get up almost.  It takes some time to find out how your body will respond - but you are doing good - keep it up, shoot for 60 oz of water per day.

Hey Trina,  Good Morning to you and Happy Sunday
I've been waiting for you to post since 8am lol lol - now thats a shame.  Okay today, I am making roast chicken and corn bread dressing, mashed potatoes and fried cabbage with bacon.  Yea nice soul food meal with all the fat lol lol.   We plan to eat vey well today and tmrw if there are leftover, my brother with his greedy behind is stopping by today so I know he will make him a king plate and try to hook up a plate to take home later lol lol.  Anyways, mama the salmon croquettes sound delish - i'm thinking i may do something like that next week sometime.  Anyways enjoy your Sunday, i'm about to start getting ready for church and I will hit you up later.
