Working Out and Hair Washing, Yall ever heard of Co-Washing

You might want to clarify with a clarifing shampoo or Apple Vingear just to keep the gunk out every so often.

wow.. i just cut my hair and went natural..
and my girlfriend at work was just telling me about this too..
i had never heard of it..
but i appreciate the posts here too..
i am definitely looking into this ..

I've gone chemical free and co-wash with the regular Suave conditioners.  If I need to use shampoo I use DevaCurl No Poo Cleanser.  I also use the DevaCurl Set It Free moisture lock for daily maintenance to smooth out the frizzies.
