The Master Cleanse
Man looka' here.... that place exists sometimes, then like the revolving door on Scooby Doo (when they push the button and on the other side is something diametrically opposite, lol!) it comes and goes.... For various reasons many who were around during the aforementioned, have left (job, family, living life, lurking) but I think it's possible for that place (on here) to exist consistently and strong... wishing you all the best and that restoration is not only possible, but probable and definite!! Yes, this is the place for some of the things that you mentioned.
It also the place where folks come knowing full and well that they are not doing what they should be doing and want folks to pat them on the head and say it is ok and get mad when this doesnt happen.
This place is a barrel of giggles, you just have to know to take what you need from it and leave the rest.

Why you change your post from one thing to another that has nothing to do with each other after folks replied to the orginal post, making their replies look all crazy and not even about what the post is about now? There is no limit to how many time a person can post so "the Master Cleanse" post could have been a new post. Now I see why folks feels the need to quote the orginal post, so they dont be down in a reply looking all crazy and what not.

Dough; I did the Master Cleanse years ago. I don't know how safe it is for WLS patients so ask your doctor before you do this. But I the cleanse to "flush" my system out. I dont know if i lost any weight but I felt like it.
