First venture out among peers post op

Hey, I am preparing to go out and attend a NA meeting amongst people who have not seen me since preop.  I am nervous that people will stare and ask questions however I am good just wanted to get some me toos this evening.  As some said, if ya aint had it you can not relate?  will check back in when I return.

 

just got back home and had fab time.  was welcomed and supported felt so good.

Just tell them that you've been working out. That should keep them at bay.
