Morning Yall

I finished week 5 this morning.  That 20 minute run was loonngg but it wasn't bad, no where near as bad as I thought it would be.  I paced myself for the first ten minutes and  I pushed myself the last ten.   It wasn't hard just long, so I made sure I got enough sleep last night to combat the laziness.

My left knee was trying to give out at about 8 minutes in but I was like OH HELL NO!   Your doing this so I pushed it and did it.   I am so proud of me right now.  lol.

I think Tel is the only other runner at the 20 min run right now, you other guys are a little behind but you keep going cause it is worth it.  I tell you it feels great now that it's over.  LOL.

Look how broke down 20 minutes got me.  LOL.  I wish I could show you all the sweat under that suit.

Thanks Mrs Dean

Why do you have to do it one of these days you can do it today or tomorrow, the hardest part is getting started.

Yes I am still a junk food junkie but I only eat one thing on Saturday that's it, I am taking it one day at a time.  LOL.

If I didn't keep working out as hard as I do I would be really fat and that is what keeps me going.

Hi Lee, how did you get started with this program?  Do you have the instructions/tape/dvd, etc.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Kim

You look really pretty on your avatar.

Yes I have all the info.  You just have to download the podcasts and get started, there are a few people doing it on the board right now and it's going really well.

Here is the site for the podcasts, just download them to your itunes and get moving.

Hey Lee, first of all thanks for the compliment!

I found the link you mentioned (I am surprised I was able to go to that URL from work, but I was)...

So, are the instructions to starting on the actual Podcasts?  The links on the podcasts appear to be  music lists, etc., but I don't see one for the actual instruction on starting, etc.

She gives you the instruction on each podcast, so all you have to do is listen and run and walk when she says to.
