I have to call you this weekend. Gurl that month FLEW by, I was so busy tryin to keep up with "Sleevie Wonder" that I wasn't paying attention. I even missed my mushies day and didn't start them until 3 days later
. Bet I didn't miss today which is the day I can begin regular foods again. Weird that you never get hungry.
How much have you lost now?
Surgery Weight 8-4-08 : 216 lbs.
Weighted in today: 159 lbs.
Total loss since surgery : 57 pounds.

This is a nervous process for us all. But you are in GOOD hands! See if the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC have what you need! I brought my protein from The Whole Food Market. Also some of the old skool drug stores have liquid vitamins.
As for the liquid diet....I it totally sucked, but it wasn't the end of the world and it passed..You can do it!!
