Eating slow is very important. I am a gobbler also; and I learned the hard way. Not only will it get stuck in your esophagus. It will feel like a vice grip on your pouch; that will not let go for about an hour or two and you will be in excruciating pain; you will need to lay down and ask the heavenly Father for mercy!! Please take heed!!
