Should I call "The Man" on this b*tch?

Girl, you just made my heart hurt, cause there was an incident just about 2 days ago here where a 2 year old drowned in a dirty pool at his babysitter's house.  Now I'm paranoid!

As an ex case manager, I say YES. If you feel it deemed to call I advise you to because next time you may not be there and just think how you will feel if you heard something happened to him. NOW this entire scenerio appeared to maybe take palce approx 10 min I am assuming that is TOOOOOOOO long for that child to be out there without someone coming to look for him.
