My organizing skills have never been the greatest so I am asking for suggestions for vitamins in a pack or just not so scattered. ie 6 calcium, b12,b-1....  This is becoming a very expensive journey this month and I want to be able to work down this bill  and also have more control over my nuterients for life.  Thanks in advance

I know that GNC sells vitamins in a pouch; but as far as the cost.  I don't know. Sorry.  But all the vitamins that I take don't cost that much.  I buy the Spring Valley brand from Walmart and they cost 2 to 3 dollars and it comes 60 to 120 tablets and they last a few months.  Hope this helps.

I take Viactiv Multivitamins (flavor glides  berry breeze) there is 50 in the bottle they are about 5 dollars at walmart.  Spring Valley Biotin 1000 mcg (150 tablets) these are about 3 dollars.  Spring valley b12 1000 mcg (60 tablets) these are about $3.00.  I bought Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate wild cherry flavors (they're supposed to melt on ur tongue..yuck) these were $25.00 and I take 3 a day and it's 90 in a bottle; so they only last a month.  I probably won't buy these again!  As far as the calcium in the spring valley; I don't know.

Surrender44,

I buy whatever is on sell! I am with you this is an expensive journey. If CVS have them on sale buy 1 get 1 free I buy it. I keep one set of vitamins at work and 1 and home. I don't like carrying alot of stuff of my purse.

Hi Surrender,
I was going to post this on the forum after I acquainted myself with the site.  My surgeon is selling nutrametrix vitamins and minierals.  I actually purchased them from his office but if you visit the website you can purchase online.  All of the vitamins minus the iron are in this concoction and he told me that I only had to take it once per day because it has better absorbtion qualities than the average suppliments.  I think that they were made with bariatric patients in mind.  The big sell for me is that I only need to take it once per day and they are all together.

But be careful because you can add extra suppliments like antioxidents and things like that and it will increase the price.

It's a little pricy but I figured that I would try it at least once.

drcarryl.nutrametrix.com

click on the nutrametrix isotonix cutom ****tail on the right hand side under helpful resources. you'll have to create a log in.

I know it seems like a lot, I didn't want to do it at first but It won't hurt to check it out.

Good luck to you

Costco and Walmart have many of the vitamins we take. Big ole bottles of multi and calcium are cheap at Costco!

Instead of packs I have a vitamin organizer. It's for seven days and each day has 4 compartments that hold all my vits. Every Sun nite I sit on the bed and ration out my vits for the week so I'm always prepared. The organizer was $7 from Target.
