Update on the "Fractured" Ankle...

Donna,Poor Baby,You and Your foot,no high heel shoes for a while.You were injured and did'nt even realize it.I can just amagine the pain you went through.Please take it easy and don't dare put on those high heels .Remember this,you are in my prayers and you will be better soon by the Grace of God.Love You much.

Good news about the fracture but I'm sorry about the torn ligament. I've rocked a walking cast before and they're no fun but better than crutches. I hope the shot works and pray you don't need surgery.

Thanks...this is the 2nd time I've been in some kind of cast on this leg...this is no fun at all!

 awww....well hopefully you will be back in your sexy heels soon.....I have had the cortisone injections dozens of times and usually you notice a difference in your pain level within 2 to 3 days

Two doctors and a radiologist saw the fractures on your MRI and now

they 

are

gone.


I'm sitting in my office chair, but there's a happy dance in my heart.

See, that's why I was so very shocked! The MRI clearly reads that there is a bone contusion, torn ligament, AND AN OLD FRACTURE!!!  That's what concerned my doctor the most and why she immediately called me.

And when I learned I was facing surgery, I was TERRIFIED! 

God is good...all the time...even though: 1. I still may have to have surgery (still praying that I don't!); 2. the torn ligament actually heals slower than a fracture (huh?!)

Nevertheless, I will be faithful to the doctor's orders and stay in the walking cast for as long as it takes (but no longer than June...lol!) and see what happens over the next few weeks.
