I challenge everyone to work a little harder these next 3 months in an effort to be ready for summer.  Who's in?
I plan to hit the gym 3 to 5 times per week and eat less read meat .  I also plan to log everything that goes in my mouth.  I stopped doing that and it shows.
The official first day of summer is June 21.  Will you be ready?

i'm in beautiful!  as much as i hate the cold, i especially hate the heat.  i'm down to get rid of these last 13 before (hopefully way before) june 21.  after that ya girl heads indoors to soak up some air conditioning!!! again, count me in!!!

I know what you mean about the cold and the heat.  Dang, we can't win can we? LOL
You can so do it by June 21.  13 ain't nuffin after those 90 you already got rid of.  I am so wanting to be like you Shontay!  Glad you are joining me in this challenge!  Summer here we come! :)

I'm in, I will commit to going to the gym 3-5x per week also. I will commit to getting in more protein and water as well. I will try to make it to onederland by Summer.

Count me in...

I am  trying NOT to punk out of this CardioJump class that I have tonight..

This week I started doing 90 minutes.. and I am proud to say that I haven't missed a day.

I am now that I have been cleared to do cardio at the gym. i will get more protien and water in. I am just having hard times eating. I know I am only 2 weeks out. Please help I think I am sacred to try different.
