We must consider Belly-Onomics.

Does the belly jiggle or is it a stand alone belly? I can deal with a man who looks like he may be 4 or 5 months pregnant...as long as he dont try to make me his Baby Momma.

Does the belly hang over pants? The lap over belly strategically causes great discomfort into other areas and causes conflict with physical alignment...if you know what I mean.

Is he much more than the belly? Does the belly meet you first and then the rest of him catch up to you and 'bout bump into you? If so, naw...nevah did want this type of man. Big or small. For some, I was, and still am too much. And truth be told, I can see why!!!!
Still, there are times when it can be too much.

Just my thoughts...

It takes a lifetime for man to master the art of living, but living is much easier when he accepts God as his master.

I'll be married for 20 yrs in May and when we got married, I was a size 18 and he was a 33 in the waist. Needless to say we both got big, I got surgery and he didn't. It doesn't matter to me because I think he's handsome and love my big teddy bear too. I am concerned about his health but until he becomes concerned, there is nothing I can do but support him. He lost 25 lbs when I first had surgery but he's in a holding pattern. When I was in the dating world, I didn't have a preference to weight but I did want someone taller than me, but the basketball guys always wanted petite girls and the short guys loved my amazon self. lol If my hubby never loses another pound, he's very attractive to me and I love him dearly. However, he's scared of breaking me right now because he's never seen me a size 12 and it's scaring him, especially since my ribs are showing now.

I still have a LONG way to go before I reach goal, but the guy I'm currently dating is a big guy (wears a 6x top).  His personality and caring nature is what keeps me coming back.  We did alot of talking and I fell for him for who he is, not what he looks like.  Now I'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't concerned about his size, but its for healthcare reasons. He's got a few healthcare issues and I just wantt him to take care of himself.

Thats some real ish right there.....

If a man is really into you and cares about you believe you me he'll break his neck to please you in any form or fashion. Including sexually. I'm still a big dude however if i'm into her then ain't nothing more important than to please her in the manner she likes to be pleased. Women kill me when they say that but at the end of the day people like what they like.

As a BHM I do realize that i'm an acquired taste and its a very exqusite taste not meant for everybody to like, for those who do like it I respect highly b/c they have the ability to see a person for there true self.

No mind you being a big man doesn't give you a pass to be sloppy or unhealthy which both to me are horrible acts. I'm big but i'm fighting DAILY to live as healthy as possible and my swag......no comment on it cuz you know what it is!!!!!

I'M SO FK'IN SWAGGY WIT IT!

Smile for me.........

I haven't had the sugery yet but I can tell you that I have lost and gained 100 plus pounds back and forth and when I was smaller it did not change my mind about the "weight of a person".Heavy or thin if you are a descent man than that is what counts and not the weight.

I have been small 110-140lbs most of my life and preferred a tall - muscular  body types.  My husband was 6'1  180lbs, handsome no stomach.  I have never dated a man with a stomach, yes it turns be off.  Although I gained weight and a stomach, it gave me a new perspective on weight and judging people on physical appearance. Although I still prefer a fit man,  my boo has a gut!  He is working it out, but OMG he is too fine!  Not a problem!

When you devote yourself to achieving your goal, you will not be bothered by shallow criticism.
