Okay, I need some serious help.

Here's my calorie breakdown from yesterday:

Fat: 22g
Carbs: 50g
Sugars: 19g
Fiber: 8g
Protein: 85g
100 oz water
Vitamins (calcium, multi, b-complex, b-12)

I ate a total of 690 calories yesterday. But here's where it gets crazy: I burned 1,202 calories during my workout (cardio step sculpt, cycling, weights) and now I'm at a negative 513 calories. What the heck did my body burn?????

My weight loss is stalling. I'm still losing inches, but I'm concerned that I'm doing something wrong. Here are my current stats:

5'7", 187lbs, size 12s are getting very loose. Last week I wore a M(10-12) dress.

I carry weight in my thighs, hips and a little in my breasts. The thighs are toning up nicely and the breasts are still holding on for dear life. My mid section is smooth but mos def NOT where I want it to be. I want my abs to look like the singer "Pink's" .

My goal is a 4/6 but I'm worried that my body is going to resist. What would YOU do?

Pray about it......ok, ok, You are only three months out and you are expecting a miracle. Be patient with your body as you are doing everything right that you have learned from Tina and Dr. Cahill. I think you look awesome and the summer sexyness that you are stiving for will be here before you know it.

I am not an expert by far, about in the same boat as you, but if you are not taking in enough calories you will stall. You will start losing muscle mass. From past experience, when I took fat completely out of my diet, my weight stall. Make sure you are taking in enough calories to suffice for your highly daily activities.

Thanks for the advice!

I'm only 3.5 months out and I usually up the food on the days that I know that I'm going to exercise. Eating 690 cals yesterday was hard. Do you think I should increase the protein since that has a lot of calories?

Please forgive me, I didnt see that you were a newbie. XXXXX out the advice that I just gave you above it doesnt apply to you at this time. You can increase the protein on those days that you are doing your workouts it shouldnt hurt anything, but you are still under your doctor so make sure whatever you do is ok.

I lift free weights; front lateral or front dumbbell raise, cable pressdown, overhead dumbbell extension, side lateral, bicep curls, dumbbell kickback, overhead dumbbell press, 3 sets, 10 reps. How much I lift counts on whether it is a strong day or weak day.

Ummmm - dude - if your job started paying you half of what you make now, then lowered it to a third - what would you do (besides find another job) - SAVE!!!!!

That's what your body is doing.  The amount you're eating is good for a post WLS who doesn't workout worth JACK - but if you are regularly exercising - you should regularly feed your body (at least on those days) to compensate.  By all means add more protein on those days.  I used to do peanut butter and crackers on my workout days.

But - I am NOT a doc or a nutritionist!!!  Ask one for a definite answer...... I'm just giving my $0.02

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
