1 Year Surgery BD !
1 year ago todate, i had my WLS 
(thats a low carb cake..ok) Its been a great year
i have lost over 100lbs and gone from a size 26 to a size 8-10 !
yes i have had good days and not so good days, but that is life. I continue wo work with my tool and i am MUCh healthier 
. I will be in the annual WL fashion show this Sat that is held at my hospital. I def will rip the runway 
To all considering WLS, the long term benefits are so worth every effort
