I think when you come to the point that you're really gonna do something about it, you will. Everybody can yell, kick, and scream but if you're not really ready......you won't get off your butt. I fell off the wagon with exercise and needed a nudge and got it, big time lol. Hopefully you make the neccessary adjustments before you gain 15 more lbs. Buying bigger clothes is not gonna be cute! Good luck.

You need to come down first then gain focus. We all get off track once in a while. My saying, to myself, all the time: You just have to take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time.
You know what to do to get where you need to be. I need to get rid of 15lbs too and working on it everyday. Get back to moving and exercising.
We are all human, don't be embarrassed, you should have went to that meeting for support. Don't think you need to do this alone.
Everytime you think about food drop and give me 10. You just have to stay in control of the food. It's a mind game. You will win the game. Just think before you stick anything in your mouth. Planning out those meals ahead of time is a big help because when I don't do that I end up eatting something that I think twice about, if I should have had that. myfitnesspal.com is a good place to keep track of what you are eatting.

Girl, first of all...you know better than to be beating up on yourself. You just need a little re-direction. You know that you never want to be as big as you were (motivation#1) and you know you want to look as hot this summer as you did the last one (motivation#2) and you also know that you have enough time to pull it in starting in the moment... not tomorrow, not monday but in the moment. (motivation#3).

You are empowered with the tools and knowledge you need to get back on the weight loss grind. Cut back and work out! That simple! Limited carbs and alcohol and hit the track ,treadmill or whatever does it for you!

Now get it!!!! And get it now.... and by the way I need to get it with you cause I haven't loss anything but 2lb since December. Let's hustle mama...summer is around the corner.
