B- 1/2 cup of lucky charms cereal, 1 boiled egg

L-small salad  w/ lowfat ranch dressing &' chicken thigh

D- (unsure as of now)..something health conscious though

work upper body with fitness resistance band this evening.

Pre Breakfast -McDonald's small Carmel Cappacino  w/non fat milk
 
Breakfast - cottage cheese w/SF fruit ****tail

Lunch - Whole Wheat Spagetti w/meat sauce

Dinner - ???? probably a salad w/ grilled chicken

Water - I'm pushing for 80 ozs 

Vits - morning pills taken....next set taken at 4:00 this evening

Exercise - brisk walk around my neighborhood this evening

Seriously though, you ladies are hard core.  I’m still pre-op for 13 more days, so taking full advantage of it.  Just telling the truth

Breakfast was a lean pocket and coffee.....Lunch is an weigh****chers entree and water........Dinner  Half of a grilled chicken breast with a side of spinach

Todays snacks will be coffee and a orange

After my lil 'episode' yesterday I am trying to be REAL careful -

B - shake
B#2 - bacon and croissant
L - turkey chili and crackers
D - chicken w/gravy and rice, cabbage
S - maybe cheese and crackers

I am working out today so i will also do a recovery shake right after my workout.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hi Cookie!

Nice to see you again. I know its long overdue but I just wanted to thank you for your word of wisdom way back then. While I did not heed the warning then...I still remember you trying to enlighten me to a few things. All I can do now is forge ahead.

My plan today:

Sipping plenty of H20 all day long 

B: Turkey Ham, Slice of Whole Wheat Toast, Applesauce
L: Chili
S: Light Yogurt
D: Lean Cuisine (Chicken and Mixed Veggies)
S: Apple
