B- vegetable soup After workout - protein/fruit smoothie L- Cabbage and cucumbers D-Greens and cucumbers S- Apple Before bed - Protein smoothie 1 gallon of water All vitamins and supplements. Workout - chest, back, ab/adductors, abs/obliques, and 2 mile jog.

Good morning...

B- I was drinking my protein drink at my desk minding my business and had a small piece of Irish Soda Bread (leftover from yesterday)

S- Grapes

L- Salmon w/ Salad

D- Salmon w/ Salad

Early bfast - SF maple & brown sugar oatmeal
Bfast - protein shake made with decaf coffee, SF caramel and soy milk
lunch - tuna
snack - 1 tsp peanut butter in a protein shake
dinner - chicken and veggies
protein bullet after workout

My body is stalling now so I have kick up the workout and protein

Oh yeah....100oz of water

Protein drink after WO.
L- tuna salad on lettuce, vitamins/supl.
S-1. cheese stick, 2. turkey pepperoni
D-green veggie and meat(chicken or ground turkey), vitamins
WO-legs, glutes, abs, obliques(morning), 30 mins extreme cardio
WO-Jillian's dvd (evening)

D-  i really want Chinese

Will drink 66 ounces of water for sure, walking during my lunch break tread mill this am. Arm band tape tonight. Supplement half taken.
