I am so happy to say that I met my goal. My goal was 160 pounds.Jumped on the scales and it read 159.0. Everyday my goal is to concentrate and focus on my change in my lifestyle. I have had ups and downs since my decision to have the wls. For the most part it has been a positive experience. Although I met my goal I can not just say ok my journey is over.  I joined weigh****chers about 7 years ago. My heaviest at the time was 338 pounds. I got real comfortable. In a year of ww I lost about 80 pounds. In no timeI gained 40 pounds.this journey is forever. This wls is my third or fourth chance in life..but im going to have to stay strong. I kid cousin by saying staying focus is definitely like a part time job. I think my next goal is lose weight until my body saids stop and then maintain.

Congrats to you Wendy !!!!!!!

Wow, wow, wow -159.8  sounds like music to meeee ears........

You must feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment.

Maintenance aint easy so I heard,  but if you made it this far.....

there should be nothing stopping you from staying there.

Wishing you continued blessings pretty lady

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

That is great...We started around the same weight (294) and actually have the same goal (I am looking to be 150-160) so you are definitely a motivation to me...Keep up the good work.
