7th Year Anniversary

Believe me I am walking at lunch and doing turbo jam in the evening.  And as far as work my last day is April 3rd.  This job is definitely effecting my health mentally, emotionally, and now physically.

I agree with the other responses. You've done a great job in losing the weight and managing to hold back the regain (within reason) over a seven year period. Ideally, we'd all like to think that the weight won't come back. You don't have that much to lose and you've lost many times that in the past. You can do it!

Hey Stranger!

Congratulations on being 7 years out!! WOW! I have no doubt you'll get back to where you want to be in no time. You posting this is so helpful to all of us. I'm kinda going through something similar with getting back on track and seeing exactly what my pouch is doing at 3.5 years out. Take care Chris and keep us posted!!

At 3 years out I had a 20lb gain from 140 to 160 then I dropped to 150.  I was holding steady at 150-155.  But Imma pull through and I will keep you all posted as much as possible.
