Hey family, I hope everyone is doing well.  I have been absent from the boards due to big brother watching.

Saturday will be my 7 year anniversary.  I wish I had something good to say but I dont.  As of now I am up 25 lbs, from 155 to 180 and not happy about it.  I believe my weight gain is due to being extremely unhappy at work.  The things these people have put me through is not even worth mentioning,  I will just get upset.  I am back to the basics and on my 2nd day of a liquid diet and exercise.

Pray for me.

I wish everyone true success learn now in your early phases because it gets much much much harder the further out you are.

Love to all of you.

((((Chris)))))  Congrats on your soon-to-be 7 years.  Even though you aren't happy about where you are now....you are taking action and getting back to basics...my best to you!

Chris,

I'm 7 1/2 years out and like you, I'm up 25 llbs .  25 must be the magic regain number.  I'm trying and trying but so far nothing is permanent.  I loose and gain the same 5-10 pounds.

7 years out thats awesome. You have so much to be thankful for. 25 pounds is probably not what you perfer. But your eyes are wide opened, and you seem like you are in the process of doing something. Your definitely motivated to continue with your journey. Im proud of you. Dont beat yourself up..it happened and now your in motion. In 7 yrs people who have lost weight period not just wls wish they could say that they gained 25 pounds.
