Arrrgh! I've fallen off the horse again lol. Those dayum hemroids had me all thrown off. I'm gonna be a week behind y'all from now on. I did day 1 of week 5 already but I don't think I'm ready for those dag on 8 mins. I have to miss spin class today cause I have a dentist appt so I'll do another run.  Jeesh.....ready for these 9 weeks to be over lol

Hey Shani-- Glad to hear you jumped back in and can hopefully leave those roid troubles behind :)  I start week 5 next Wed ...I'm on the W,F, Sun schedule....cause facing work on Monday is hard enough LOL  I watched some of Tom's c25k utube stuff......and well I guess I'm running...but his brisk walk looks like my run. LOL I've been reassured for the April 5k that I won't finish last....I'm playing around with the Nike + to start tracking time/distance but not sure I really want to know how fast (or should i say how slow) I am going  LOL   But I'm keeping the faith!

Run 2 week 3 done...I was doing okay until the last run. It took everything I had to do the last run.  My legs got tired.  Guess I shouldn't have gone so hard on the ellpitcal last night...lol.  Anywho ready for run 3 on Saturday...woo hoo!!
