Liquid Diet---Take 3
Ok so today is my third day of the liquid diet
...and I have realized that the mind is a very powerful thing
!! Its been bad but not that bad...I have eaten everything from A to Z before I started this so I am determined to stick with it and accomplish this big goal!
I was speaking to a collegue of mine...who I am comfortable and trust talking with and she wished me the best of luck and said that this was very brave of me to make this life long change. I never looked at it like that....but I guess to all those that have had WLS or are in the process of preparing for WLS it is brave to have stepped forward admitted this is bigger than you and seek help!
So happy Wednesday (yes I think I got the right day lol) BAF!
On a side note...why when I am focused on my upcoming WLS and school are the men flocking to me...I havent made a public announcement that I am having WLS so I have no idea WTF is going on...I am getting all kinds of offers for dates etc...I guess life is funny!!
Anywho I have to get back to work!

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
