4mths today
okay so today is my 4mth post op and im feeling great ive just really started to notice the change which is in a place that i would love to see gone forever my tummy and my arms they are so jiggly and wiggly now its kinda scary lmao well gonna keep short and sweet so here are some before and afters
okay they were the befores jan 08 the first one july 08 the second one and now the afters
one year after first pic and the last pic was taken about last week over a year from first and 8mths from second small difference but im not complaining ill take any lost for now
hoping to be @ about 240lbs or less by this coming july and under 200lbs by my birthday in oct
