when is enough really enough

A few close friends are consistently telling me that i have lost enough weight but truthfully i don't see it.. I mean my clothes are a lot looser and my tailor is getting rich but i don't see it any significant difference.. i know i feel better.  I have alot more energy but that's really it.  Some jokers actually laughed at me after i seeing me for the first time in months!  AM i still looking at myself through the eyes of an obese man? please check out my new pic and give me your honest opinions.. and be gentle.. this is my first time

Only you know when enough is enough, you look great!

You look great...Like others have said only you can determine what the best weight is for you... Just let them know that you respect their decicion but you feel different about how much you should lose. My ultimate goal is 150-160 and my friends think that is to small and I say who cares.

You look really good.  Its not as if you are super skinny and sickly looking.  Only you and your Dr can determine your healthy goal weight.  Keep up the good work.

I think you look fine and I have to also agree with Juanita........you are looking younger.  Do what feels good for you. 

You need to put up Before pics for those that do not know you from back in the day to give you an honest opinion...unless you just "chick surfing."
