This is a jump off from my previous post. What do you play on your IPod, MP3 player or CD Player to get a nice work out.  I am hunting for music that makes you want to pump it up!

I exercise to Lil Jon, E40, Mike Jones and other booty shakin songs.

Thanks so much Nik! I had forgot about Mike Jones....I need to check out some of his tunes too. I do need some variety to keep it fresh.
