Girl, once I got my date it seemed like I actually felt all 262 pounds on my body. It was the biggest I ever felt...well EVER. Just hold on a lil longer. I still can't drop it like its hot, but the knees feel 80% better already.

I know this may not bring relief but I am bigger than you and I have lost over sixty pounds. So it can always be worse. Everyday I feel a little better I can walk a mile and a half now with out pain during or after. So I have came a long way in three months just think how you will feel in three months. You are beautiful and will get through this.
