Support is a Wonderful Thing!

Sharon (BigRed23) and I attended our surgeon's Wellness Ball last week. Let me tell ya, we had a blast! If your surgeon has support available, please take advantage. We go faithfully every month and we turn it out in there. 

~~putting on my lab coat and glasses~~ Research has shown (I can't tell you from where? LOL) that support meetings are a MUST for WLS patients.

Yes it is. Our surgeon have a support group twice a month and I'm there all the time. I think we all need support from anywhere we can get it. I believe that will help us be as successful as possible!

I love doing group support. I want to up mine to twice a month and go next week, but I will be out of town.

You ladies are looking lovely.  I am trying to build our group.  My surgeon has support group meetings but at an inconvenient time for me to attend because of 1 hour 45 minute drive in the middle of the week.
