HA!  I almost went to Taco Cabana this morning!  But I DIDN'T!!!!

Protein shake only for me
Turkey chili for lunch later

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Morning Cookie

Didnt have time  to make my smoothie at home.

For breakfast : 

4 slices of Dole pinepapple in natural juices
17 multigrain snack crackers - 90 calories
2 laughing cow cheese wedges

1 Woman's one a day multivitamin.

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

For Breakfast I had a slice of pickle and a Nectar protein drink that I should finish by 11 and for lunch I will have my turkey chili again.
