Good Morning Mrs. Lady,

I'm having a Slim Fast protein shake and (maybe a piece of toast)... I've had a liter of water and I'm headed out to do a six mile walk with lunges and resistance exercises afterward...

I am having coffee with protein, half fiber one bar and 32oz of water.  I will walk a mile and a half with hand weights this evening.

I walked outta the house without my shake.  First time I've done this.  Instead, I stopped by McDs & got a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle.  The intent was to throw the griddle cakes away & just eat the egg, sausage & cheese.  Got the egg down okay, but that sausage & cheese?    Not cute.

Note to self: Replenish the supply of SF oatmeal in my desk.

Oatmeal working on my next bottle of water, already taken my iron pill, calcium, & multi-vitamin. I've got a few more calcium pills to take, then I'm good 4 the day. Going to the track with the sisters, this afternoon. Have a great day, Family!!
