100lbs GONE!!!
Congralations on 100 lbs lost! I would like to lose about 28 more pounds. I have recommitted to the band rules to enable me to reach this goal.

between my gut and my arms i probably only have 13lbs to lose. I'm going for a consult on the 24th to see how much I'm going to have to cuddle with the hubby to get this paid for..LOL I will keep up the arm exercise and up my cardio it's getting warmer so i should be able to walk more.
