Hello:

I believe that the B Vitamins are THE Energy Supplements, especially B-12. I'm not sure of the others.

I had been taking B12 sublingual tablets but got a prescription from my doctor for the shots about two weeks ago. The B12 shots are awesome for energy. My doctor wants me to take one shot every two weeks.
