Keep your head focused girl and before you know it the liquid diet will be over. It is helpful to be on a liquid diet because it flushes your system and not only that it makes it easier for you to do the liquid diet after you have the surgery. When you are around things that may tempt you to eat just leave and go outside or into another room, that's what I did.
You don't wanna have your surgery date pushed back because of cheating on the liquid diet trust me. I had my dat changed like 3 or 4 times because of it and I finally decided that I had to stop and do what I gotta do to better myself. Hope this helps and goo luck.
