Liquid Diet
Thanks guys!!
At this point I dont even have an appetite and its taking me an hour to get down this protein shake...I guess I really really dont want it! But if this is what it takes to have surgery then I will stick with it!
On a lighter note the guy that sits in the office next to me who is always stinking up the place with this fried bad for you food is on vacation this week...Thank you Jesus!! So atleast I dont have to sit at my desk and smell food all day!

I don't know what kind of protein shakes you have, but they have powders and ready made shakes that are lactose free. If you are using the powder, use soy milk or dairy ease or something like those instead of regular milk. Those should help with the gas.

girl you can do it,It's good practice for your body so when you do have your surgery it won't be as hard for you to remain on a liquid diet. It'll work out in the end the more weight u can drop by ur surgery will help your surgeon out more and help you to a speedy recovery.
