I was just posting because it's sunday and raining in Houston. I am about 8 months post-op and lost 100 lbs. I am happy with my surgery, but need to tone up and lose about 40 more lbs.
Does anyone have a transfer addiction problem? My problem is drinking and gambling. I need to slow down on both.
