Today Inspirational Quote 4 U
Hey all,
I thought I should start a new post( I don't know if anyone has done this yet I haven't been to long on the boards) that's done daily or weekly let me know what you guys think.
Well this is my all time Favorite and Iknow alot of you guys know it.
I've been reciting this quote since childhood. It came in handy on the day of my surgery, in the waiting room, Even when I had to walk down to the operating room.
Till the time I was strapped in on the surgery table. Once I woke up in the recovery room I started to recite this quote.
"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."

To God be the glory!! I am having surgery 3/18/09 at North Shore Manhasset @ aronud 8:30 am > I am asking for prayer from my brothas and sistahs who know the Lord.I have prayed my way throught this whole process. My sister lives in Georgia but my brother and his family are here in Ny. Problem is they are afraid and do not want me to have the surgery. God has provided me with 2 angles who will take me to the Hospital and today I will ask the family to pick me up .I have a good friend who is going to come say with me for a few days .Once agin Pray for me please. I trust Him.I lov ehim!
