Good sunday Morning ALL

Good day people well Tomorrow will be a week since my surgery everything went so fast! You guys ever wake up and you feel just more than good? Well today is just one of those amazing feel good days. Off to church to give him thanks.
And remember don't sweat the small stuff people!

Happy almost one week surgiversary.  I always feel like the day is good day when I wake up and give God thanks for blessing me one more time to be in the land of the living.

thanks for asking i guess it'll get better the soreness sucks and the trapped in gas kills me I try walking alot and keep telling my self 6 weeks from now I'll feel better. how are you managing on keeping the pounds off?

I  hear gas X strips is good for that !
