I am glad you are still running. I kno what you mean about being busy with midterm season and all and papers and projects being due I am busy as heck myself, or should I say stressed which the working out tends to help me with.

I completed the second session in Week 3 ...I run a W F Sun program like the boring dude lol I could actually run longer after the 3 minute interval. The craziest part is that I have my cycle....and normally exercise is a drag then...but I'm feeling fantastic. Anyone else feel the carb carving kick up a notch though after? I hear ya on the M&Ms....I'm fasting for lent and have not been eating candy. I tease my family that they are gonna find me Easter morning lying face down in my son's basket LOL

Good to hear your doing well on week 3, keep it up. What is this WF program? You may want to try the one we are doing the music is much better.
About the carb craving kicking up after the running, I eat oatmeal after my runs along with fruit and bacon so that pretty much takes care of that. I definately make sure I get in carbs cause I get my energy from them, if not I get really tired.

Awesome you are actually going to run a 5K, I was thinking about looking for one when I finish the program to do. But I doubt that my knees will let me or that I will even want to. LOL.
Where are you in the couch to 5K program now? I just finished Week 4.
