I'm 10 days post-op and still on a liquid diet and I'm mad I didn't go to all my favorite places. Just be careful and eat a little. but don't be too hard. I'm loving my tool so far and I'll always be a big girl in my mind and I'll be able to understand but I can't wait untl someone calls me small. Good luck!!

Honey You are not a pig... We are big and thats all there is to it. I have been on a food plan from a nut for 8 weeks. I have had no bread, pasta, potatoes or sugar. Those damn Shoppers food doughnuts have been calling my name each time I go there. I have held out and said HELL NO!!! I do have a cheat day once  every 2 weeks. I had chinese on time and then coldstone chocolate cake batter ice cream then the 2nd time I had Ledo pizza. But I knew I had to get back on the plan or else... We all fall sometime but we gotta pull ourselves up by our big girl panties and get on with the show... Girl you will do ok.. Hang in there...                                                  Julie

Chile please!  I am going on 4 years out and you ain't see my post this week about losing my damn mind in PF Changs?  LOL!!!

Gon eat that pizza girl!  Hell - I even cheated and MADE LOVE to some peking duck during my liquid diet!  I was going good for like three days then the DEVIL made me do it!!!  You ain't know the devil is Chinese did you?  YEP!!!!  I rolled up one of those crepes with the hoisin sauce and those green onions and went to TOWN!!!!!!

We ALL did last meals and good byes to food before our surgeries - you ain't no different!  Get it all out of your system cause when the liquid diet is here for REAL....... you WILL need the memories to get you through it!!!!!
