I'm home!!!
I had a revision of an old stomach stapling to a RNY on Tuesday - and was released from the hospital last night. Unfortunately, due to scar tissue my procedure had to be done open. I don't know what part of "major surgery" led me to believe this shiot don't hurt...but I am taking the advice given Esheanewroad and am going to check out the gas x. The morphine pump worked but I it make me so sleepy I couldn't hardly function. I miss that special bariatric bed that would do everything but push you up out of it. I found myself sleeping on a barco lounger cause it felt more comfortable that way. I'm glad to be on the loser's bench but I still need a pillow and an arm rest....

Hi Rhonda...Congrats and I am sure Dr. M did a great job on you...My spouse mother open scare is barely noticeable now...As time goes on you will feel much better.
