Does anyone here use fiber and.........

I'm stuck I'm not losing right now and I'm doing what I'm supposed to and exercising 3-4 times a week. I was wondering would fiber help because I think that the iron in keeping me constipated. I also wanted to know if anyone here ever use a diet supplement to jump start the weight loss again. Also I keep hearing about biotin and vitamin-e, fish oil and flax seed. Any information you can give will not be in vain. I don't want to get desperate. Thanks!!

I take super biotin for my hair. Who knows if it's working lol.

If you are getting constipated from the iron you could also add a stool softener. You can get the generic versions of Colace. I also take a spoonful of Benefiber in my protien shake everyday.

I take dry Vit E because that is one of the fat soluble vits I malabsorb. I had the DS. I do use the oil caplets pierced with a safety pin and rubbed on my skin for blemishes.
