It went pretty well. I'm still riding....and I didn't even cheat on the weekend!
I've lost 9 lbs so far! I haven't been feeling well, so that has a little to do with my results.
I'll take it anyway I can get it! LOL
How are things with you?
BTW - I'm sorry I haven't been doing the Protein Train posts, just dealing with stuff and a little preoccupied. PLEASE feel free to post or conduct anytime because there is always someone else willing to ride.

9 Pounds is awesome...you go girl.. I havent been doing protein train.. I actually went back to a full liquid diet to get me on track and then plan to swich back to a protein train with berries (my own little plan). Its so funny when im on liquids i stay so disciplined but while on protein train i just wanted to go crazy,,,,
I basically am doing cream of wheat, protein shakes ad soup...keping my calories low...i had some mashed potatoes yesterday though too...
but this morning i had lost 2 pounds so i was happy...after only one day
anyhow enough about me... I hope that you feel better soon... how long you gonna ride the train??

It's good that you have tweeked (sp?) your plan to what's best for you. That does make it easier to follow. Total restriction of carbs usually makes you crave them even more.
I have always felt that doing the full liquid diet makes your pouch get back to that tight feeling...like when you first had surgery. Keep doing what works best for you.
I will ride as long as I can. Like I said, it makes it easier when you don't feel well....Imma take FULL advantage of this! LOL

yeah when i do liquids i feel full faster and i see the weight loss quicker so i like it...but i try not to do it for too long because i guss its not real healthy??/
i will probably start the protein train next week but i want to hold out on liquids til beggining of april lol
im exercisinglike 4-5 days a week but i notced when i slow down exercise i lose more so i slowed down a bit and changed up my routine...so im doing gym three days a week and then random exercise rest of the week
