lol yeah i could have done a protein shake but i didnt lol..i will probably hav that for lunch...i really need to go to store because im doing a few days of full liquids and i do not have the things i need

1/2 bagel...through the other 1/2 in the trash! Waiting on lunch now.........Baja side salad with some chicken I brought from home to go inside the salad with a diet caff coke.

And try not to eat the choclate they have around the office
