You owe it to yourself to try Kashi Go Lean cereals or Fiber One Cereal.  They are good and healthy.

Thanks cookie, I forgot all about Kashi. I recently bought some supposedly healthy cereal this week and it made me dump so bad.
I hate to waste food so my little one's can have that crap.
I'll check out Ka****his weekend.
