I use these when I can't make it to the gym or if I feel like I just need that extra cardio or strenght training.
Slim in 6---I was using Slim in 6 for 6 weeks plus, didn't really see any results in that 6 weeks, but it is a hard workout. I like it but I am very careful with it because there is alot of bending with the knees. beachbody.com (trainer debbie siebers)
No More Trouble Zones- I just got this dvd and it is great. Jillian Michaels is crazy, she will work you like crazy, and you will start sweating in 10 mins of the workout. It is circuit training. I am still trying to master this one and it is easier then her other two EV. I ordered it from amazon.com
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism- I am loving this one too, but you do jump around alot so I am careful of my knees. This is Jillian Michaels too and I think she is out to kill me in this one. She does circuit training in her videos. I love it! Claims you can lose 5 pounds a week.

Walk Away the Pounds 1, 2, 3 mile walk----For a light workout when I am not feeling like working out I do walk away the pounds 3 miles walk. It is light on the knees and will work up a sweat. Leslie Sansone is trainer. Bought it in the store.
Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt---I just tried it for the first time,I have to get use to this dvd after using Jillian's. The trainer is Violet Zaki. She threw me off on some of the moves. I have to try this dvd out a few more times to really let you know how it is. Amazon.com

Been using BellyDance fitness for weight loss, featuring Rania. There are four in the set, i like the Hip Hop Hip Drop and Pure sweat. I used to take Bellydancing classes in Maryland, and those two tapes are the closest to real bellydancing moves. Bellydancing is good for the mid section, when i was taking the class thats when i got a waist (lol) But i like the videos!!
