COOKIE, I COOK A WEEK'S WORTH OF MEAT WHEN GRILLING SO I WON'T BE TEMPTED TO EAT FROM FAST FOOD....I DID  BREASTS, TURKEY BURGERS AND PETIT STEAKS SO NO MORE COOKING TILL SUNDAY!

I use to be disciplined like that.   Keep it up!

SPINACH AND RICOTTA STUFFED CKN BREAST ON THE GRILL? Now where can a sista get that recipe? Probably a boring old lean cuisine or weigh****chers meal. After work and hitting the gym it's just too late to cook. I've got to go back to doing it all on Saturday like I use to.

HEY MONIQUE IT'S REALLY SIMPLE...I TAKE CKN BREAST AND SLICE THEM THIN OR PLACE IN WAX PAPER AND POUND FOR A SEC WITH A CAN .....SEASON .....I MIX THE SPINACH AND RICOTTA IN A BOWL AND PLACE A THIN LAYER ON THE BREAST AND ROLL UP AND PLACE ON SKEWER OR USE TOOTHPICK TO HOLD IN PLACE...PLACE ON GRILL AND THERE YOU GO!

Thank you girl. That sounds good and I'm about tired of Greek Chicken and Taco Soup. I definitely need to add more to my menu.

That mixture works great for a Stuffed Turkey meatloaf as well!

I think beef tips/rice/ green beans - that could change by the time I get home.
