STARR JONES ( INQUIRER)

Anybody see STAR JONES on the cover of the INQUIRER in a swim suit?? WOW she looked like she gained OMG I am so scared now that my eating has picked up big time I ate 2 slices of toast the other day never was able to do that in one sitting gotta get with it before it is too late family I need you been away too long gotta get in check!!!!!!!!! LYNN

I gotta stick up for my namesake lol. The pics came out on the Internet a minute ago...and personally I don't think she looked that bad. I will prob pay good money (as did she) to get my body looking like that.  (If this is the same white bikini pic)

I just saw it. And after having the surgery 5 years ago I think she finally looks great, she looks healthy in the picture.

Speaking from a almost 7 year post-op person, I am just curious why people think you cannot gain some or all of your weight back after WLS?


That is why I have always said WLS is easy the first couple of years because the weight falls off with little or no work.  WLS is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, LIFE STYLE CHANGE, LIFESTYLE CHANGE. I can not stress that enough. You can lose all the excess weight, have plastics and STILL pick up weight if you are not eating right and exercising, that simple. 

Heck the 18 pounds I picked up didn't come from me eating right and exercising it comes from Rhonda not sticking to the lifestyle change.

When can my daughter pick up your dog she loves it .. ya this is the hard time if you are not careful so many people think it's easy it is not I was undr the impression sugar was gonna make me dump out of control SUGAR was the enemy heck I can get down on some sweets no problem but you gotta watch that is why I have to hear me have to excercise wow 7 yrs that is great
