Question

How long do I have to wear this damn binder around my stomach it is killing me.

Hello, Myt surgeon suggested I wear mine something like 4 weeks.  I know I was wearing mine for sure for 4 weeks.

I kept mine on for 4weeks

i wish i still had mines

thanks  I see my surgery tomorrow I will ask him how longs. I guess I can last 3 more weeks.

Hey HoneyBee, Look on the brite side.  At least it not 80 degree weather like when I had tto wear mine.  It is good support for you healing scars.  I think it help alot.   took mine off when I was lying down to get some air.

Yeah, I agree with Mz.P It was 89-90 degree when I had to wear mine , but it did feel better to walk with iton. So don't think harsh about keep and open mind...Good Luck!

    I am almost One month post-op and I am still wearing mine.  It feels much better walking with it on and I adjust it throughout the day.
