2 1/2 Week Post Op Doc Appt

So I had my first doctor appt today! The nurses and my surgeon was very impressed with my progress! I was very impresssed because the scale at the office said the same as my scale at home...how often does that happen? So I've lost 23 lbs since surgery and a total of 44 lbs since January! My dco quickly approved me for a stage 3 diet. But of course, I have to up the water and protein intake. Other than that, everything was good!
