Yes, like the others said you are at a stall. I'm almost a year out and I'm going through my first stall. What I do  when I feel my weight loss is slowing up and I can eat a lil more than normal is go on the 5day pouch test. What it does is give my weight loss a kick start, put me back on track as far as eating habits, and gives my pouch that newbie tight feeling again. I usually loose beween 2-5lbs when I go on it. I'll be out 1yr and 8mos and my lbs look like the gas pumps.
172 oneday  and 163 a few days later. Not getting my water intake and excerise is a joke. Hopefully that you are in the Gym again things will get better.
