Help !!!
Mornign BAF !!!
I'm in my 9th month here, and things are starting to change a little. I've noticed that some days I feel full and some days I feel like I've been eatting all day none stop....
and me weight goes from 228 to 232 on and off, and yes I've not been in the gym @ all do to school, and traveling.....! Yes, I'm going back to the gym TODAY !
So did I f*ck up my tool or is this normal ?

I'm living this surgery and not letting the surgery live me...
It's normal; you're at a stall. You've done great so far. Keep up the good work. You just may need to up your exercise or change the eating slightly!!

It's normal; just change up your game a bit and you'll see the scale moving again. Increase intensity, change up the type of activities you are doing, adjust your diet, etc.

Sounds pretty normal to me. Go back to basics for a while and you will see a change.

TO GET ANY MORE WEIGHT OFF THEN YOU HAVE TO DO OTHER STUFF WHEN YOU WORKOUT CAUSE YOUR BODY IS GETTING USE TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING, AND YOU HAVE TO SWITCH IT UP ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING WHEN YOU WORKOUT TO KINDA "SHOCK" THE BODY TO START LOSING AGAIN TO GET OUT OF THAT STALL PERIOD. everyone else has addressed the exercise so i wont speak on that but as far as the food, i think thats normal...i'm the same way. most other ppl even further out have spoken of the same phenomenon so its just a matter of watching WHAT u eat on those empty pit days!
